I had a wonderful stay at Loch Eyre Cottage! The location was perfect for exploring the Trotternish loop and visiting Portree and the Uig Ferry terminal. The views from the rooms were absolutely stunning, especially from three of the rooms. I loved sitting on the garden bench, enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Loch and surrounding hills. The cottage itself was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed.
One minor drawback was the lack of fans or windows that opened more fully in the cottage. During a particularly warm day, it was a little uncomfortable inside and difficult to enjoy the view from within.
